João Pedro Cavaco Cancelo (born 27 May 1994) is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays for Italian club Juventus and the Portugal national team. Mainly a right back, he can also play as a right winger. He started playing with Benfica, signing with Spanish club Valencia in 2014 at the age of 20, initially on loan. After 91 competitive appearances for the latter, he competed in the Serie A with Inter Milan and Juventus. All youth levels comprised, Cancelo won 75 caps for Portugal and scored three goals. He made his senior debut in 2016.
